Where We Ship, How Fast, and What It Costs
We know you're excited to get your order. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking info once it leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Speed.

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs.

Contiguous US: Free for orders $99 and up. $9 flat rate for orders under $99.

Alaska & Hawaii: Free for orders $129 and up. $19 flat rate for orders under $129.

International: Rates calculated at checkout. We currently ship all products within the US and select items to the UK and Canada.
Tracking Your Order. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Wrong Address? Double-check your shipping info before completing your order. Once it's sent to the warehouse, changes may not be possible. If you entered an address that doesn't exist, the package will come back to us, and we'll work with you to redirect it — though we can't be responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you provided.
Missing Package? If tracking says delivered but you don't see it, check around your property first. Carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious spots. If you're in an apartment, check with the leasing office or parcel locker. Still nothing? Reach out via our contact page and we'll figure it out together.
Multiple Charges? If you see multiple authorizations on your card after a failed checkout attempt, don't panic. Those aren't real charges and they'll drop off shortly.
